“Bah! Humbug!” What would the holiday season
be without A Christmas Carol, the most popular and enduring
of all Charles Dickens’ stories?
Dickens’ legendary ghost tale is
as much a part of the holidays as plum pudding and
mistletoe; a timeless tale
that conveys a message of brotherly love and charity,
while showing that redemption is immediate and available
to anyone
who seeks it.
With an unforgettable cast of characters,
A Christmas Carol beautifully recounts Ebenezer Scrooge’s
life-changing encounters with four ghostly visitors. As
he travels through
Christmas Past, Present, and Yet-to-Come, Scrooge is transformed,
in a single night, from a hard-hearted, insensitive miser
to a generous and caring man.
