AMELIE - in particular, jeunet!
CITIZEN KANE - and he was only 25... (sigh)
THE LORD OF THE RINGS: THE FELLOWSHIP OF THE RING and THE LORD OF THE RINGS: THE TWO TOWERS - and looking forward to the next instalment!
WINGS OF DESIRE - this and the next one are wim wenders' films.
FARAWAY, SO CLOSE
BLUE VELVET - big fan of david lynch - didn't like "Lost Highway", though.
THE MATRIX
MYSTERY TRAIN - this and the next are jim jarmusch films.
DEAD MAN
SMOKE
BLUE IN THE FACE - wayne wang directed this and 'smoke'.
STAR TREK 1 through 9 - what can i say? i was raised on it...
DIE HARD - the best action film ever made...
SPEED - well, it's a tie between this and dh1 ....

THE KARATE KID - wax on, wax off.
THE HUSTLER
ALL QUIET ON THE WESTERN FRONT - so much better than Saving Private Ryan.
A WALK IN THE CLOUDS - aaaah, so sweet. so gorgeous. oh, for the good ol' days...

oh - by the way: best worst film ever made: THE HUMANOID! check it out! (BILL AND COO came pretty damn close!)
latest dvd seen & enjoyed: "THE IMPORTANCE OF BEING EARNEST" - oh, colin firth ... (sigh)
