I understand I will pay the fees in full in advance to confirm booking.  I understand interpreter may have other engagements and may not be available AFTER the pre-booked finish time.  If the job exceeds the pre-booked finish time, I agree to pay extra per hourly rate.  I also understand the fee schedule and cancellation policy.

Cancellation must be made in writing at least one business day  prior to appointment time or client will be charged.  Cancellation fee of 50% total booking fee will be charged if job is cancelled within 24 business hours of appointment time. 25% of total pre-booked fee applied for on-site job cancelled within 48 busines hours of appointment time.  Total fee for entire pre-booked time will be charged in full if client fails to notify cancellation in writing.
