The Experiential Painting Process

Is a process of letting your intuition lead you on a journey.

By being totally immersed in the creative flow brought about by the movement of paint and brush on paper, you gain a sense of mastery that comes from a deeper source than skill or technique. Through painting you reclaim what is authentic.

Those seeking to go beyond self imposed creative blocks, and access new sources of energy will find this a helpful method of self-exploration and spiritual discovery. The paintings are viewed as a record of the process, not a product. They are not critiqued, displayed or interpreted. Discussion and theory of process take place before and after painting. Format is in either a weekly class for six weeks or a weekend workshop, Friday night through Sunday.  Materials are included. Some scholarships are available.

Although the therapeutic value of this process is profound, it often evokes strong physical and emotional release, and is not a format for treating serious emotional conditions.
