Driving Directions to the Studio
From Downtown Chicago (the Loop):
Going South on Columbus Drive from the back
of The Art Institute to E. Congress Drive. Take a right going West onto 290
expressway. Continue for fifteen miles. Take exit 14A, St. Charles Rd., first
exit after I88 cut-off. Bear right or West on St. Charles Rd. for 1 mile. Turn
right or North on S. York Rd. Continue, staying in the right lane as you cross
train tracks. Take a right immediately after track on First Ave. Studio is in
second building East of York. Park in lot at end of first block.
From O’Hare Airport:
Take 190 toll road out of airport staying to
the right. Exit comes quickly. Take 294 South to 290 West. Immediately exit on
North Ave., right, going west. Take Left on York Rd.
There will be arrows when you can’t
go any further, at intersection of 2nd St. and Palmer Drive. Take a left on
Palmer Drive to the light at Schiller. Take a right at Schiller and an immediate
left into the alley called Commerce Rd. next to the parking lot. Park and walk
south to First Ave. Turn right on First Ave. Studio is in building on the right
next to Chocolate Moon and Jemm’s
Shoes.
From Western Suburbs:
Take I88 to Midwest Rd. exit. Go right or
North to Butterfield. Follow Butterfield to Rte. 83. Go left or North to St.
Charles Rd. Take a right going East to S. York Rd. Take a left going North into
downtown Elmhurst. Stay to the right over the train tracks, taking a right on
First Ave. immediately after the tracks. Park at the end of the first block.
Studio is in 2nd building, East of York Rd., next to Jemm’s Shoes
and Chocolate Moon.
From South Suburbs:
Take 294 North (two tolls) to 290 going West.
Take first exit on St. Charles Rd. going West for 1 mile to S. York RD. Take a
right on S. York going into town. As you go over the train tracks stay to the
right and take a right on First Ave. Studio is in 2nd building East
of York Rd. Park at end of block.
