Sound Creation:

There is a document titled "SSsnd."
Open it via Notepad and you'll find a list of the used sounds in SS2.
Put your sound within the group; this works in conjunction with SSwep's FireSound command.
The following number on each sound effect shows how many times the sound can be played and have each of those overlap; note that the Uzi is much higher than others.
