Back To MUN
Ya know, I said I'd never go back to school again once I finished my IT program.
But you also know what they say about never saying 'never'. So, as I put this
site together (August 12, 2003), I've just finished my first 5 courses toward a B.Ed.,
specializing in teaching Technology Education in the Intermediate/High School system.
Many of us thought that this was going to be a computer course, but needless to say we got a
wee bit of an awakening. So far we've done some introductory electronics and computer hardware, woodworking,
residential design & model fabrication, multimedia production and some curriculum theory work.
Not exactly what we had in mind, but no regrets in the meantime. We've all learned some
very valuable skills with more good stuff to come.
Update: August 22- Just got my marks...5 A's...I think that's almost as many as I
had when I did my whole first degree!!
