Paint Shop Pro 8

Step One

Open PSP8 and choose a pic. I chose this one of Sakura

Step Two

Go to "Layers" and then "New Raster Layer"

Step Three

There should be a pop-up window. On it should say "Opacity" As the third box. Change it to "50".

Step Four

Next, change the first color box ( Step 1 ) to your desired color, I chose a kind a baby-blue. Then go to the "Fill" tool. ( Step 2 )

Step Four

Finally, click anywhere on your picture and it will turn the color you choose ! Cool huh?
