This simple two colored Universal Philatelic Cover Society Cachet features the Sword of Hope and the text, "Cancer Can Be Cured."  This cachet is nearly identical to the one used on the KJM Cachet (M23), displayed earlier in this online exhibit.  I don't know how the two covers are connected, but it's obvious that there was some connection.  If you are able to provide any information regarding either of these two cachetmakers, please drop me a line at smith@in.net.
