Theories

* Lily is also a descendant of Salazar Slytherin. But not in any way related to Voldemort. As we learn in the books Voldemort says he was the only heir. This can be justified by saying that at the time of Chamber of Secrets Tom Riddle was unaware of the existence of another heir and with Lily's death, he is indeed the only one. I believe that when Tom found out he recruited Lily to the Death Eaters, and for a while she was one. Then she met James Potter. His love for her brought her out of the order but because Voldemort was fond of Lily, being another Slytherin Heir, he did not want her dead. This ties into the whole bloodlines aren't important theme that can be found in the books. Lily is part of the Slytherin Bloodline (and I believe in Slytherin House while at Hogwarts) but chose to ignore that and create her own destiny.

* James Potter descended from Godric Gryffindor. Why. There is just too much evidence to support this. I am not going to list it because if you have been any other rumor sites. You can see them all. For me, the continual emphasis of Gryffindor vs. Slytherin that is played out within the books. With Voldemort representing Slytherin and Harry as his arch nemesis representing Gryffindor.  This also ties into the fact that everyone has always commented on how Harry looks so much like James and that in the mirror of Erised, Harry saw only James family. Which means, although Harry is connected to Slytherin as well thru Lily he inherited predominantly from James ergo Gryffindor qualities.

* Malfoy will rebel against his family and save Hermione's life. In the books Draco has been teasing Hermione a lot lately and sometimes boys pick on the girls they like the most. I think that Hermione will be in danger, and Draco will save her. This will put him at odds with his family and his magical heritage. I think that he is going to turn out a lot like Snape. I think that ultimately he will turn against his father, but not tam up with Harry. Rather Hermione causing tension between her and Ron, who hates Malfoy.

* The death in Book 5 will be Arthur Weasley. This was set up in Book Two. I think it will Lucius Malfoy that kills him. As Draco said in Book for Mudbloods and Muggle Lovers would be the first to die. And there is no bigger Muggle lover than Mr. Weasley.

* Ginny Weasley has part of Voldemort inside of her. This is residual from her experience with Tom Riddle in Chamber of Secrets. Exactly how
Tom Riddle was able to have Ginny open the chamber has always been vague. I am thinking that he had to put a part of him inside of her in order to have her speak Parlsetongue. If Lucius real intention was to stop the Muggle Protection Act, he could have come up with other ways than using Tom Riddle's diary. I think the true reason has yet to be revealed.

* There will be a romance between Ginny and Harry.
