How we started
Dr. Mohamed Sherif Tawfik has a Ph.D. in Accounting from the Pennsylvania State University (U.S.A., 1982) and an active member of the American Accounting Association (AAA). He is Professor of Accounting and the Academic Coordinator of the English Language Section in Faculty of Commerce- Zagazig University, Egypt. He also served as Director of Research & Computer Center at the same faculty for seven years.

As an accounting programmer, he founded Accountronic Software Inc. in 2000 to mainly provide Arabic E-Accounting financial systems software, CDs, publications, web and research services.

Moreover, Dr. Tawfik is the author of many leading computer and internet applications to accounting, financial accounting, goal programming textbooks, empirical research on e-commerce, and many e-accounting sites. link to more author's info
