What is watermark brigade?
watermark brigade is an online community founded by mana. It is established in January 2007 under the name watermark project and changed into watermark brigade in August of the same year. Watermark brigade was originally an artist movement founded by mana and a few other co-founders consisting of art students as well as some independent musicians. This original watermark brigade then became the group WP1 (watermark project 1) after halfy (the webm0nster, one of the administrator of watermark brigade) proposed for a separate online movement which then called WP2 (watermark project 2). Now watermark brigade is planning for possible businesses in order to set a performing stage in the art field. What is desperate?
desperate is a standalone online community led by halfy in order to create a place for ideas that won't collide with watermark brigade's. Despite the name 'desperate', the actual means for this community is to provide the alternative for watermark brigade where its members won't be restricted to the rules set by the offline real members since the community itself is a true online group. desperate has been planned since June 2007 and the drafts have been amended several times until it came into public beta-testing phase in August of the same year. For now, desperate is the only official affiliate of watermark since the watermark-badguyinc was a failure due to some unavoidable conditions.
