A new guy, Roscoe Skirt, is trying to take over the
drug market all by himself. Thanks to the help of a well-informed
hooker/dealer named Flo,Nash finds out all about Roscoe and his plan
to take over San Francisco. Of course, little did Roscoe know that he
was going to have to deal with Nash.
Meanwhile, Joe is back and asks for some help form A.J. It seems
that he is 23 months short of actual retirement. A.J. is able to get
it knocked down to 3 weeks of traffic duty. Unfortunately, thanks to
a run-in with a pompous kid of a powerful bank owner Joe gets canned
from traffic and ends up working off his time back with Nash. Thank
the lord!
During all of this, Nash and Joe snag Roscoe's cousin in a drug
bust and haul his lovely butt all over town. At every available
opportunity they call up Roscoe and plant the seed for a roll over.
This is not one of the better episodes in the beginning season.
However, the scenes with Joe in an uniform on a motorcycle along with
the banter of Nash and Joe while hauling Roscoe's cousin around are
priceless. Those scenes are definitely worth the watch. [written by
