A: Yes. We have spoken with some legal representatives and are in the process of preparing a case to overturn the ban.

We have been advised this could take as long as two or more years to complete the process.

The ban is in place and appeals must follow an intricate maze of red-tape, set in place to protect the ban and make appeals almost impossible - Though WE WILL WIN! - It is the ONLY rational outcome..

Q: Have there been any cases yet of people who've had to suffer incarceration for their Salvia "beliefs" in Australia?

A: No. And it is very unlikely that there will be. (See Australian Laws)
we have not heard of anybody being charged with Salvia Divinorum possession or use.

A: Please, be over eighteen years old.
