PRESIDENT'S MESSAGE
Well, for ALL OF YOU WHO WERE NOT AT THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING, there have been a couple of changes. We now have an official Youth Committee, chaired jointly by an English and a Western Youth member... for this year it is Liz WoodS & Christine Thorne! I'm sure they are going to do a GREAT job! Rockwood will also be hosting the Annual Rockmosa Used Tack Sale.... check inside for further details and gather up your unused/unwanted items for sale! The Youth will be looking after a table of their own to raise money for the Youth Team Tournament & other projects... contact Sheila for Vendor tables or Mae for Consignments.
The banquet is fast approaching (April 8) & we need to give solid numbers to the caterers 2 weeks in advance... that means all tickets MUST be paid for by March 25 (which just happens to be the date of the Tack Sale... I'll be there with tickets in hand to take your money)! Also, don't forget to contact Irene with items for the Silent Auction!
And, of course, Work Day... April 23, with 2 rain dates, April 30 & May 7. We pay for the use of the facilities at the Dales farm by keeping up with the maintenance... another chance for you to give back to the club that gives you so much (and the last chance for you to buy your 2006 membership at the reduced early-bird price)!
