Husband and wife Mike and Lisa work both as senior product manager for the same advertising firm. Everything is going well until one of them emerges for promotion. Mike expects to get it and is visibly disappointed when Lisa bags it. Lisa herself is inclined to decline the offer in deference to her husband. But Mike prevails upon his wife not to refuse the most sought-after opportunity. Neither of the spouses anticipates that Lisa's newfound position in the workplace would create tension that would extend all the way to the couple's home.
