24 hours Service Commitment COURSE/TRAINING PROGRAMME METHODS AND TECHNIQUES The methods and technique that we used can be interrelated with the participant in an open concept environment. This is to ensure that all participants receive maximum benefit from the knowledge and experience presented by our own trainer/presenter. Sessions invariably include case studies, exercise, syndicates, role-plays and questionnaires, depending on the requirements of the skills being learned. All courses/training programme is individually designed to fulfil the requirements and meets employers need and expectation as well as to communicated knowledge and include as the major input the development of relevant and useful skills. VENUE The course/training programme can be conducted at any given location be it in our own training room, the organisation premises, Hotels, Resorts, Jungle Retreat or any other venue. DURATION OF COURSE / TRAINING PROGRAMME The duration of each course will largely depend on the level of organisational needs and wants. CERTIFICATE OF ATTENDANCE The Certificate of Attendance will be awarded to participants at the end of the course/training. |
