The very first OldBoy[s] explore. Formerly a glass shop, but also contained a mechanics pit, office space, and possibly a stage school. The building is frequented by drug addicts as it may seem, and it appears graffiti artists and taggers are often around here too.

The best bit of this place would definitely have to be the basement. This is an untouched area where you can find a whole host of relics.

Unfortunately, if you were intending on paying this site a visit, you'd have to be very quick, and very lucky, as at the time of writing, transit vans are in the loading bay to regenerate the building.

The main room is littered and vandalised. Stairs that lead to nowhere. Windows that look at nothing.

Light struggles its way in through grime and graffiti.

Yet the light that does reach its way in, catches every angle in its glow.

I doubt the lift would work with a radiator in it.

The levels just kept going... and on the intrepid explorers climbed.

What little remained in administration was burned or destroyed. No windows remain up here.

The only chair in the building and yet not much use.

The kitchen had only one appliance.

The basement was unexpected. Untouched since about 1992 as far as we could see. Plenty to do - true exploration.
