To be an agency for helping African Believers traveling to the United States secure places of worship akin to their roots as well as offering opportunity to non believing African travelers to know the Lord Jesus Christ while in the United States of America.

Mission
To offer a word of hope and assurance to Africans traveling to the United States at their ports of embarkation and to extend a helping hand to same at the ports of disembarkation in the United States of America.Offering A Word of Hope & Extending A Welcoming And a Helping Hand to Travelers Into The United States.

Target Groups
The travelers to be targeted by TITUS shall include the following: Immigrants,Students,Visiting Businessmen,Professionals,Traders,Other Visitors

Categories are as follows:
M - Members of  Assemblies of God to be followed up and churched/mobilized to win souls

B - Other known born-again believers to be followed up and churched

N - Non-believers travelers who must be contacted and reached with the gospel

R - Regular visiting Christian businessmen, professionals and traders.

S - Students of all categories

Rehab Centers
TITUS shall maintain rehab centers in various African Countries to take care of illegal African immigrant returnees who respond to TITUS call to return home from the United States instead of settling for odd jobs and getting themselves involved in drugs and other forms of crime.

Functions
All TITUS Functions shall maintain a TITUS LIST of all known travelers.  Basic data shall include:Name,Nationality,Address,City, State, Zip,Telephone,Email Address.

TITUS shall operate under three separate functions as follows:

Under the TITUS Program, the Assemblies of God national churches in Africa shall be encouraged to set up these functions.

1.  Collect and collate information about TITUS Target groups and persons in their countries and transmit same by the best available electronic, telegraphic or postal means to the TITUS Arrival Functions office in the United States.

2.  Recruit and train persons who shall operate as TITUS Agents at the various international airports and seaports.  These agents shall assist targeted travelers and inform the United States with the aim of getting their contact information.  Such information must be transmitted by the best electronic means to enable TITUS ARRIVAL AGENTS prepare to welcome them.

TITUS Arrival Functions
These functions shall be set up in all the Districts of the Assemblies of God USA where there are major airports and seaports receiving large numbers of Africans.  These Functions shall:

1.  Compile contact information about Africans arriving in their areas from the Database of TITUS Outfit in the USA and to arrange for TITUS Agents to welcome them at the various ports of entry.

2.  Recruit and train TITUS Agents who shall welcome and assist all TITUS targets at the various entry points and to disseminate their contact information to Assemblies of God churches nearest to these newly arrived Africans.

3.  Set up a body of professionals that shall look into the immigration conditions of these newly arrived travelers with the view of assisting them regularize their documents before they become illegal.

4.  Report back to the various African TITUS Departure Functions about those targets referred to them.

TITUS Follow-up Functions
These functions shall operate in the local Assemblies of God Churches.  They shall comprise of persons interested in soul-winning and they shall follow up new arrivals with the contact information they receive from the TITUS Arrival Functions.  They shall submit regular reports to the TITUS Arrival Functions in their districts on those referred to them.
