HERBAL RECIPES, REMEDIES, AND IDEAS

*
Use Herbes de Provence for Interesting Flavor and Aroma:
Thyme, Marjoram, Rosemary, Basil, Fennel, Sage, Lavender

If you do not have the fresh herbs available,
you can find the dried mixture of Herbes de Provence
in most supermarkets or gourmet shops. Add this to
chicken, fish, lamb, omelettes, or vegetable dishes.
It's also great with brie or any soft cheese sandwiches.
