There is a pair of snowmobiles waiting at the side door to take
you to your cabin.
The trail is well marked and lots of wonderful things to see
along the way..
Please drive safly. There are many animals along the way to
jump out and cause you to swerve, leading to a nasty
accident..

Leaving the Lodge and heading out the trail
the morning is bright and sunny. A few white fluffy clouds
drifting over head.Traveling a along at a medium pace,
to make sure we don`t miss trail markers. Along side
the trail we notice wolf tracks. Tring to be very quiet,
we shut off our motors to watch..Sure enough across the trail
and into a clearing, goes a beautiful grey wolf chasing a
rabbit.

Take time to pause for coffee you will find in the pack, also
sandwhiches. There are 2 thormoses, one coffee and one hot
water for cocoa or tea..

We resume out treck to the cabin and a short distance we come
up on a knowl, looking down the other side is a small warm
water lake. the water it heated by warm springs in the
bottom of the lake. As we watch there are many geese and ducks
feeding in the edge of the water.

Reading a small sign on a lean-to, it says "Feed the
geese" and inside there is a barrel of grain. Scooping
some up and throwing it on the ground, the geese come
from all around to feed. As they eat, they make little
chorkling noises that sound as if laughing and talking.
they give each other little pecks as though they were
kisses. Maybe they are saying how much they enjoy the
others company. With that you give each other soft
little kisses, with the antisipation of what the
evening will bring.
Time growing very short , we hurry along toward the cabin.
The cabin comes into view, the host has lit the lamps
and started the fire. There is a warm yellow glow out on

the snow from the lights in the windows. Looks so inviting.
Taking your hand and helping you walk to the steps,
Stepping to the porch, looking around, a few more little
passionate kisses and stepping in side.
The fire is aglow and soft music is playing. A bottle of
champagne waits on the counter. The perfect atmosphere
to relax in.
This is a good time to just enjoy the quiet
time, to visit or to make love.

Early am the sun streams in the window. It is such a
pleasent feeling. Laying back and enjoying the time
to relax..
Ebracing and making the best of the time,
and there is a light knock on the door and a soft voice
says, "breakfast". You tell them to come in and as they
open the door, you can see a small insulated chest. As they
set it on the table they say, "good morning", turn to the
door and as they go out say "have a nice day".The smell of
the food is very inviting. Opening the box, you find hot
coffee and a variety of rolls and etc.
Drinking our coffee and looking out the window at the
rays of sun shining on the ice crystals in the snow,
every thing sparkles and glistens. Little droplets of
water on the tips of the branches and from the long ice
cycles that hang from the eves of the cabin, catch the
sun and sparkle like diamonds. We dress quickly and
prepare for the day. We have to return to the lodge by
6:00 pm to have dinner and leave for home. This means
we have to head that way shortly after noon. Time goes
so fast when you are enjoying it so.
It is a must that we go up to the hot springs to enjoy a
hot mineral bath.
As we travel toward thehot springs we come out of the
trees into a clearing where some deer are watching a
cub bear tumbling and playing in the snow. we stop to
watch for a few minute as he plays and has so much fun.

Oh! we better hurry a long, time is goung so quickly.
The air is so crisp and clean, the sky so blue, we will
remenber this for a long time to come.
Ah here we are the steaming hot springs comes into view.
The sign says, public bathing or private tubs. Lets try
the private tubs.we go into small lodge and check in. we
are directed to a beautiful glassed in encloser with a
large steaming tube in the center.

We undress and slip into the tub. It is so warm, realy
thaws out the cold body. Enjoying the wine and the
relaxing, the time slips away.
We decide to take the tram back to the lodge and take
one last look at the beautiful snowy mountains. Oh what
a view as we glide out over the tree tops and down
across the vally.
