Mecklenburg recently completed a redesign of his Web page. He hopes the new design is not only more attractive, but more usable for himself and his visitors.

The page has undergone several transitions since it was first created in 1997. Originally, it was designed on a WebTV. Because Mecklenburg had no HTML experience at that time and he had no access to an HTML editor, the site was primitive.

He has continued to upgrade it over the years, as his skill and equipment has improved. Recently he enrolled in a Web design course. He hopes his new skill will allow him to further improve the site in the future.

Family members and friends who have been on his site before are going to find the writing from the old site is still present, only moved around some. It can be found at the following locations:

• Poetry;
• Journal entries;
• essays.
