Rules:
1. Calculated (after
form) speed of level 1. (other stats levels are up to you, just
spd lvl 1 required)
2. Not a metalner,
or any monster with a metalner sub
3. No age limit
4. Any monster is allowed,
not just "Tanks". (It is always great if someone enters
a Pixie)
5. No PAL users will
be accepted (I'm sorry for the inconvenience)
