Duties included are project analysis, development of policies, instructional manuals and training, product evaluation, testing and implementation, and application development, in Python, and the Plone Content Management system, for Internet and Intranet applications of the Open eGov product, winner of the 2008 J. Robert Havlick Award For Innovation In Local Government. I was awarded an Internal Champion Award for my contributions to Open eGov.
