This image, labeled "Office" is one that I like very much.  A lot of realism came through on this piece.  The rendering time was a bit longer due to the amount of reflective surfaces.  If you look closly, you will notice that there is a booleaned circle design in the table, under the high gloss top.  I was surprised and delighted to find that such a complex boolean didn't deform the mesh of the table at all.  Of course the calender and note were both easily painted in Photoshop.
This piece entitled, "River House", is one that I like a lot as well.  Keep in mind that pretty much all of my work has no "after effects" placed on them.  They are  all fresh out of Max, with no video post effects done.  The water prooved harder that I expected, due to the 5 levels of gradient I used for the realistic color and highlighting.  This piece is where I learned displacement mapping from a grayscale image I painted in Photoshop, and placed as a displacement map for the land elevation. (There is also a river.avi for this piece as well, which sapped all the memory, and took extremely long to render. (8 hours-due to the complexity and polygon count being so high.)
