On 31 March 2004 I found the web site with the Beaupeurt family, at Bisping, now called Belles-Forets, a village between Dieuze and Sarrabourg. Use the list of surnames (patronymes)
To avoid problems with fonts, all accents have been removed. Sorry, speakers of French.

Finding family activities - Customs in Bisping

Notice the people who later became family members through marriage of Joseph to Marie Lang,
Where details are known, the baby is baptised the day it is born. In the case where the baptism is the next day, assume the child was born in the evening.
Women are known by their own name, with 'wife of' and husband's name.
Events have two Witnesses, who do not appear to always be family members.
