Refund Policy

Before ordering a registration code, please check if the software program works with your computer hardware and operating system. Only register if you are fully satisfied. It is not possible to give you a refund afterwards. The unregistered version allows you to fully try the software application up to 12 times. Please try before you buy!

If a problem is encountered either before or after registration, please use the support page to submit a problem notification. MDR Applications will contact you and try to resolve the problem as soon as possible. Please read the MDR Applications support policy for more information.

Registration

Registering this application is the same as activating or licensing, which are all terms the software industry uses in various ways.

Registering this application will remove the trial period and allow full use of the software. The Name and Code fields that are required to register the application will be given to you upon payment. A registration must be purchased for each computer where the application is installed. Enterprise licenses or multiple registrations will be entitled to a discount pending pricing agreements with the customer and MDR Applications. Please use the support page for all questions regarding registration.

Lost Codes

Please save a backup copy of your registration code on removable media, such as floppy disk or a flash drive, for the case of a system crash! LOST REGISTRATION CODES WILL NOT BE REPLACED!
