* To provide quality care and support for poor people affected by HIV and AIDS in selected high-density areas of Harare.
* To enable both the infected and affected to live positively and to realise healthier, happier and more fulfilled lives.
* To empower local communities to deal with the AIDS pandemic with compassion and dedication.
