                In general, when a student enrolls in this school, like in other school. It is understood that:

1.        The student is interested to study in Maryhill

2.        The student and his parents fully subscribed without reservation to all school policies, academic disciplinary, financial, etc.

3.        The student and his parents trust the plan of education the school is offering.

ADMISSION POLICY

I.                    Selection for admission of all new students to Maryhill College, Grade School Department, is determined by the Chairman on Admissions and a Committee on the bases of:

v      Entrance Test Result

v      Past Academic Performance

v      Deportment

v      Recommendations

v      Interview

II.                  Re-admission of old students is determined by the Chairman on Admission and a Committee on the bases of:

v      Past Academic Performance

v      Deportment

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

v      OLD STUDENTS: Report Card (Form 138)

v      NEW STUDENTS: Entrance Examination, Report Card, BaptismalCertificate, Birth Certificate, Letter of Recommendation, Medical Certificate, Marriage Contract, Interview by Guidance Counselor and the Principal

ADMISSION PROCEDURE

1.        Submit requirements to the Guidance Office

2.        Fill up application form for entrance examination and present it together with the report card to the Guidance Coordinator.

3.        Pay the entrance examination fee P______________________ at the Cashier, Business Office. Testing fee is non-refundable.

4.        Report on the examination date and time as indicated.

5.        Report for interview on the scheduled time and date.

6.        See examination results posted on the Guidance Bulletin Board.

7.        Enroll on the scheduled registration days.
