July - Civil War Reenactors
Camp Grayling - small arms range
The Loomis Battery will be holding it's annual competition
on the small arms ranges at Camp Grayling. Every year several
Civil War Reenactors get together and compete with their authentic
period cannons and mortars at 1000 meters.
There is no charge for this event, so bring your binoculars
or spotting scopes and prepare to be amazed at what these people
can do with this "antique" artillery.
