Husqvarna
Club Finland was founded 1994 in Hämeenlinna.
The aim of the club was to gather all Husqvarna-enthusiasts
together, to arrange happenings, buy parts together
and so on. Now there are about 100 active members
in the club and the most important combining
thing is the club publication which comes out
four times per year.
Most
important happenings have been the parade ride
which arranged in the 60th Päijänne-race and
parade in the "Good bye Ruskeasanta" race, the
last Wold Championship race in motocross held
in this famous circuit. Both were in 1995. Next
year the club arranged two parades in ISDE held
in Hämeenlinna.
Since
1998 club's main job has been arranging
The Classic Motocross Cup. There are classes
for all air-cooled bikes that have drum brakes
and no linkage system rear suspension. Also
side-cars.
Everybody
interested in Husqvarna motorcycles and mopeds
are welcome to join this club. From the club
you can, for instance, get help with spare parts
and advices from people who have decades of
experience with these great bikes. |
