PSP Links

PSP (Paint Shop Pro) is what I use to make all my borders and backgrounds on my graphics page. And whilst I am still learning, I wouldn't have gotten very far without some help. These are just a few of the places I have gotten help from, including getting tubes and brushes. Hope you find something that is of some use!!
