Hi! Thank for paying visit to my web page. It
is my first experience of designing the web page 
using HTML and , embedded JavaScript and Java
programming for my project under the advanced 
diploma and Certificate E-commence Professional.
Due to the limitation time and resource constraints,  
some features may not satisfy the 
expectation of deaf. however,  I will improve it and 
enhance it after the graduation of  bachelor degree.
The motivation of designing the deaf in Malaysian
behind me is that I am partial deaf and many deaf 
friends are limited to absorb knowledge around them 
from their hard hearing. Most of them achieve the 
SPR and SPM certification on secondary school only..
Therefore my objectives of designing the web page
are to encourage the deaf  to exchange the useful
 information through Internet, not only in the 
specified community of deaf.
