How To Boil Water: A simple recipe to get you started

INGREDIENTS

Water

THINGS I NEED

Large pot

BABYSTEPS

  1. Fill large pot 1/2 full with water.
  2. Put pot on a large burner on your stove.
  3. Turn burner knob to "high".
  4. Wait until water boils (water boiling when large bubbles are rapidly coming to the top of the water).
  5. It's ready!
Warning: On the advice of our lawyer, we are advising you that
the contents in the big pot may be very hot!!

Bar-B-Que Pork Chops: finger lickin' good!

INGREDIENTS

Pork chops - any cut
Bar-b-que sauce - any brand
Cooking spray - any brand

THINGS I NEED

9" X 13" baking dish with cover
Knife
Fork

BABYSTEPS

  1. Turn oven knobs to "bake" and "350" degrees.
  2. Spray bottom and sides of large shallow baking dish with cooking spray.
  3. With your knife, trim excess fat off pork chops.
  4. Arrange pork chops in bottom of dish.
  5. Pour bar-b-que sauce over pork chops until they are completely covered.
  6. Put lid on dish.
  7. Open the oven door - place the covered dish in the center of the rack - close the oven door.
  8. Bake pork chops for 90 minutes or until meat is falling off of the bone. To check for doneness, remove the dish and poke the meat close to the bone very gently. If it moves away from bone, it is done.
  9. Remove the pork chops from the oven and turn the oven knobs to "off".
