Houston Pacers Cricket Club (HPCC) was formed in October 2002. The club was mainly influenced by Manas, Navdeep and Sameer, who took the initiative to get things going. As they expected many cricket lovers joined the club and HPCC registered with the Houston Cricket League for the Winter League in 2002. We played 7 games, won 3, lost 3 and tied 1 game. In Summer League '03 our hopes were high to win the division championship. But a few rained out games and some unexpected losses left us one spot away from the playoffs. In Winter League'03-'04 we placed second in the division and lost in the quarterfinals. In Summer League '04, our hopes are high and the team is confident to graduate to division 3. The Pacers love playing cricket, and gradually hope to mature in every aspect of the game. CLUB MEMBERS:
