Final Impression

I think a month is very short, but I feel that it has been a long time.  The first week was very hard in New Zealand.  I can very easily remember it.
I am sad now because I have to separate with my host mother.   I became friends with her.
My best memory is ……….. everything I  think. I met my host mother, Kitty and all New Zealand people. I had a good experience in New Zealand.
While I am here in New Zealand, I am able to think about my life back in Japan and what I will be like when I get back to Japan.

I can talk with many other  people (especially foreigners) now.  Before this I couldn’t.  At first, I was too nervous to speak English, but I spent a happy time with my host family so I began to like English better than before.  I would like to be a Japanese teacher in a foreign country.
This experience was good for me. I thank my family, my friends, my host family and Kitty !

I have stayed in new Zealand for about a month. It was a summer day and it was a sunny day!! When I came to nz. But now, summer is coming to its end… and soon, we’ll go home… it was too short for me… but I made so many precious memories!! And I met so many nice people!! even though it’s too hard to live in a foreign country, it’s more enjoyable than living in japan, I think!! Actually, I love nz!!!
My Last Impression In NZ Yui uemura
This week is my last week in NZ. I thought 4 weeks are too long to live in another country. But now, I think 4 weeks are very short. My 4weeks were very busy. There are many things to do each day.

My life in NZ was very easy. I had long free time after dinner to go to bed. During the free time, I can watch TV, play the piano, and lots of talk with my host family. I think the people in NZ have much more free time than in Japan. I can’t have so much free time and we are always busy in Japan. So I think my life in NZ was like the holidays of mine. And I enjoyed it very much.

I have still a lot of things to want to do in NZ. For example, I want to go shopping, cook Japanese meal for my host family, and go to beach. However, 4 weeks are too short to do all of them. And also I want to spend much time with my host family. They are very kind and friendly people. I like them very much. I think they are good friends of mine.
**Last Impression in NZ**

The rest of staying NZ is four days. I have learned many things in NZ. Especially I seem to learn more important things than English. I got a lot of memories with my host family and their friends. They are very kind and lovely!! I love them. When I began to stay at their house I always thought “I want to come back to Japan as soon as possible!!” Now my feeling is that I don’t want to go back to Japan is strong day by day.
Yesterday when my host father and I sat in the garden and drank coffee at night he said, “I miss you because I lose my friend who drinks every night together”. I can’t say anything because if I say something, I may cry. I can’t believe that I have to go back Japan because NZ is better than I was thinking in Japan.
I also love a lot of nature in NZ because it makes me happy and powerful.

My last impression about New Zealand is that there are lots of children. And all of them look bored. The problem is that there are no exciting things. So they all do skateboard or so on. I felt bored too.
Because I even have no things like that.

And traffic situation in New Zealand is terrible. Even if I want to go out on Sunday, I can go out nowhere. That makes me bored too.

Udon, the Japanese food I ate tasted too bad for me. Every Japanese food materials in New Zealand is not good.

The good point in New Zealand is that view of the town is beautiful. I can see green everywhere. But what was sad is that I saw green grass out of town or city. I think there must be trees…

Actually, I don’t know I like New Zealand or don’t. Any way, it is my impression about New Zealand…
My best memory in NZ!!

Time goes fast. It’s time to go back to Japan.
I will talk about my memories of NZ.
First I will talk about best places in NZ.
Best places in NZ
BEST 1 Waitomo caves and Kiwi house
BEST 2 Rotorua
BEST 3 Taupo
I think Waitomo caves is the most mysterious place. Fireflies were very beautiful. Kiwi house is also very good. Kiwi was very pretty. Kiwi looked like a small ball. Kiwi was plump.
Rotorua lake was a very big lake and very beautiful. I saw a lot of sheep there.
I thought sheep smelled bad but the sheep was very pretty.
Taupo lake was also a very big lake. Taupo lake is the biggest lake in NZ. Taupo has many cheap shops. I recommend Hamilton Gardens too.
Next I will talk about my best memory in NZ. My best memory is spending time with my host family. My host family took me to various places every Sunday and taught me many things about NZ. My host family helped me to do my homework. I learned a lot from my host family. My host family is very kind. I like them very much.
I make a lot of memory in NZ. I enjoyed studying at university of Waikato.
Mrs. Rosamond is a very good teacher. She is kind and eager. I like her.
I had a very good time in NZ. Every day is full.
If there is a chance, I want to go back to NZ and I want to see my host family and teachers again!!

I had a very good time in NZ . I feel that NZ people are very kind and friendly.
NZ has a lot of nature and everything is big. I like it very much.
When I was in Japan, I was very busy and tired but now I am refreshed in NZ.
My NZ life is pressured time. I am sad because I will have to return to Japan. I want to stay here.
NZ life is exciting and slow.  My host family are like my parents. They are very nice and kind and friendly .
I like them very much.  Anyway,I like NZ very much.
My last impression in NZ    IKENOBU SATOMI

I think New Zealand is not too bad. The people live a slow life, there are many green things, a friendly driver... There are many different things between New Zealand and Japan.

In New Zealand, I have much free time at home. So first time, I felt so bored. But now I enjoy my life. Everyday I have nothing to do except talking with my host family. It’s good for me because when I was in Japan, I didn’t talk with my family much. So I can learn many things. For example, house work (cooking, cleaning….) are hard work and so on.

I could find many things in New Zealand. I had a good experience, because New Zealand has many things which Japan doesn’t have.
THE MEMORY of NEW ZEALND

The pleasant hours went quickly. I will go back to Japan only after four days. I visited many places at New Zealand, and everything was so beautiful! Last Saturday, we went to WAITOMO CAVES. We saw lots of wonderful things, and we had a very nice lunch there. My experiences at New Zealand are very important for me, so I never forget them. I had a very good time!! I want to say thank you for everything!

Now, I have just four days for rest. I’ll leave here on Saturday.
Four weeks went very quickly.
Barbecue, the party, English classes, sightseeing, going shopping…a lot of things I did in New Zealand!! I like fantastic views like blue sky and green nature.

Actually I cannot write at all what I’m feeling now. What am I missing exactly?
Probably all. Host families in New Zealand also Canada and United States, they  recall this stay, my family and friends in Japan. And maybe the lifestyle is easier than Japan, and the foods are fresh.

I have thought that I wanted to go back to Japan…But I really would like to stay with my host family. Finally I’d like to thank  all the people who take care of me!!
I Love  New Zealand

I have been in NZ for 4 weeks. I have countless memories there. First a week, I thought NZ life is very long. But, now, I enjoy this life very much. This period was very precious for me. I also met many people. They were very kind for me, and I had very good time. There were bad things about my host mother but she always treats me as  her child and was kind. And her meals are also very” yummy” !  v(*_*)v Her house is also very pretty!! In Japan I live in my room with my younger sister so I was glad to have my very pretty room. Now, I think I was glad to meet her and stay at her house! (^_^)/  I like to go shopping so I enjoyed  going shopping with my friends after school. In NZ,some bus drivers and shop assistants are very friendly. And NZ has very beautiful nature, green, mountains, sea and so on. I don’t want to go back to Japan. I love New Zealand.

Last Sunday I changed my host family. At 9:00 in the morning, Belinda picked me up and went to new my host family’s house. First, I saw two little girls. Older girl’s name is Jecinta who is 4years old and the younger girl’s name is Tayla who is 2 years old. Dad and Mom are very very kind for me. But I was surprised because mom is pregnant .  Maybe about three weeks later the baby will be born. I’ m so disappointed because I will go back to Japan after one week. The family is vegetarian and they like Avocado paste  but I can’t eat unusual veggies…sorry mom.

I like children very much. I’m happy to play with my sister    y ( ^ o ^ ) y   I’m very happy now!! So I’d like to stay here more!!!

At last I hope mom a fine baby is born!

NZ food didn’t match for me. NZ food was oily or too sweet but I don’t like it, so it was hard for me to eat food everyday. But it was a good experience for me. I went to many places in NZ. For example, Waihi beach, Mt. Manganui, farm show in Rotorua, sky tower in Auckland and so on. They was very fun and good memories :-) I have felt good and felt bad, too in NZ. I’ll never forget the many experiences in NZ.
