  • Sunbathing, showering
  • Stimulation of touch perception and balance
  • Speech and singing, especially the mother's
  • Music and gentle repetitive or rhythmic sounds
  • Stimulation of hearing
  • Exposing the mother's belly to direct light, especially the sun
  • Stimulation of visual perception
  • Conscious relaxation and deep-breathing exercises
  • Interesting and stimulating experiences for the mother, especially ones that have a short period of excitement, followed by a release of tension and by rest
  • Balance and harmony in the mother's daily life
  • Stimulation of the baby's whole body
