SOUR CREAM RAISIN COOKIES

Best ever! Typical instructions from Grandma's kitchen - In other words, a lot is left up to the cook.

INGREDIENTS

4 Eggs

1 c. sour cream

1 c. butter or shortening

2 c. raisins

4 c. sugar

1 tsp. vanilla

Flour to make stiff dough

 

Roll out but not too thin. Cut cookies and bake in a moderate oven. These cookies will be quite crisp when fresh but will mellow after a week or so.
