This is the last version of the Master Deed from L.a.L. Construction Company.  

According to Article IV, section 8, the Developer shall record a consolidating Master Deed no later than 180 days after completion of construction.  The consolidated Master Deed has not been received therefore changes have been suggested for clarity.

• All changes in BLUE are recommended additions.

• All changes in RED are recommended subtractions.  

Note:  These changes are not official until they have been properly recorded by Waterford Township.
