Thank you for visiting our site. You most likely found us by doing a search on Weimaraners. Boy did I not know what was in my future 11 years ago about this time... you see my daughter and I were cautiously awaiting the time we could bring our first Weimaraner home.
Grayce, Shabri's Southern Grayce, was born on St. Patricks Day and from that day the count down was on. She opened our eyes to a big gray world out there and introduced us to many people we cherish as our long-time friends today.
We know share our home with two weimaraners, Zeta (Shabri's Upland Phantom NSD, CGC) and Maggie (Shabri's Magic Charm) who are Grayce's neices. They are quickly approaching their 6th birthday's that is just unbelievable in it's own right.
We are still active in showing and field sports with our dogs. Currently we are showing Charlie (Orion's Split Personality CGC) who I co-own with Zeta's co-owner, Jeff Nissen. Once Charlie is finished in the show ring and has made accomplishments in other fields, we are considering a litter with her.
The past years have been great, but also have had their bad times as well, we lost Grayce and Rachel (Shabri's Gonna Get You CGC) in July of 2003. And this past month we lost Miller (Ch. Mistywood's It's Miller Time, NRD, CGC, TDI). While our home is a bit quieter then it has been in years...the memories of those gone have not left our minds.
Abbie, my daughter is now 15 years old and a freshman in High School. Those days of her showing Miller in Juniors are far behind us. She still attends shows every once in a while, especially when I need a hand in the ring. She's an avid writer, drawer and dreamer.
