Cut from 1/4" thick mild steel flatstock. A pattern for this will be available soon.
Adding 1/2" angle iron for added strength. Just to be sure the bracket does not bend, I have seen others
that do not add this.
I removed the bearing and installed the rotor on the inside of the
axle flange. this will give you about 1/4" more tire to fender clearance.
Lug change is nessc.
Test mounting and aligning the caliper mount. had to add spacers between
axle flange and caliper mount. This is when you measure for the caliper and flange holes.
Using a front caliper and metal brake line I tested the fit and hydrolics.
