Created by Dende:You Must Gather all Seven DragonBalls and Chant "Come Out, Shenlon, and grant my wish!" there is only two wishes each time Shenlon is Summoned. After the wishes are made Shenlon will Disappear and the DragonBalls Will Scatter. They will stay normal stones for one year. if only one wish is made the Dragonballs turn to stone for four months and then Shenlon can be called again. Shenlon can't grant wishes that are beyond the powers of the Creator of the DragonBalls. You can revive anyone or any group of people but not if they died of natural causes or If a person has been revived by Shenlon Before.
