Stainless Steel sheets are manufactured by the following process:

1. Shearing of raw material (Flats)

2. Hot Rolling of pieces

3. Annealing to relieve rolling stresses

4. Pickling to dissolve scale

5. Cold Rolling to acheive desired gauge and finish

6. Annealing to relieve rolling stresses

7. Pickling for finish appearence

8. Inspection/Grinding

9. Blanking/Slitting/End Shearing

10. Final inspection, packaging and dispatch
