Introduction
I can imagine that some people don't have a
glue when it come to the insides of a PC, so I'll try hard to make
it sound easy. But first the question, WHY? Well building your own
PC is going to cost far less than a ready made PC, and you can tune
it to your personal specification.
Cost
Well it all depends on what you want. Go for
the highest technology and you'll hit the £700 mark easily, but go
for a simple word processor and you'll get change from £400. You
can also skip out on things like a printer, monitor, CD-ROM, floppy
drive hard drive and scanner: All these bring down he price buy up
to £300, if you already have a PC.
Ready PC
Here's a list of various categories, for a
PC and their prices.
RED items are ones which you already have if
you already have a PC, so minus their cost.
