Terms and Conditions
All entries must be received by October 31, 2006 at 11:59:50 PM EST.Entries received past the deadline will not be considered. We will contact winners via email or telephone.
If approved for publication, your photo will be displayed in the calendar on the month deemed appropriate by S.O.A.R. volunteers. By submitting pictures to this contest, you agree to the following terms:
1) You are the photographer, copyright owner, and/or have express written permission of the copyright owner to use
the image(s)
2) Any image submitted to this content may be used in other publications or on the S.O.A.R. web site.
Copyright of the image remains the property of the photographer.
Emailing your pictures
If you wish to email your picture, the image must be in jpeg, jpg or gif format. You can email your submission to SOARgeneralinfo@hotmail.com, with the subject line "S.O.A.R. Photo Contest". Please try and limit the
size of your photo to no larger than 1000 x 1000 Pixels / 500KB in size. Final image size will be no larger than 600 x
400.

We respect your right to privacy. All information submitted will not to be sold or used in any way that will violate your right to privacy. Email addresses and other personal information is collected for the sole purpose of responding to entrants and will not be sold or used in any other way.
