ell we have desided to make the Universal Mutant Republic a work in progress. We are adding information and detail about the Republic each week. Please read on a learn about the adventures on Rifts Earth. We think without a doubt the Republic is coming out very well.

Updates to the Republic

9/14/00 - Updated! Thats right we have been working long and hard on the Rifts section of the Forbidden Library. We are just under a week until the new release of the Rifts Tiberia area, so we updated and cleaned up the Republic Pages. We updated a lot of stuff and pretty soon we will be offering the Republic as a PDF download for print (it looks just like a real Rifts book). Check back soon...
