This is Minicity. It is my first city in Simcity 3000, and is a pretty good city. It is supported by a Gigamall and a Casino. If they are demolished, the city will run out of money. The aura seems decent, and the industry is almost all high-tech.

This is Minicipality. It is a planned community, and looks cool, but the planning was admittedly quite bad, and the city has lots of problems. The city is still growing.
