Mrs. Bhagirathi Shrestha, Born in 1945, Tansen, Lumbini Zone, Nepal,

M.A. in literature

B.A. in 1977,
Political Science & Major English ,Tribhuwan University Kathmandu, Nepal.

She has spent more than twenty-five years in education field for the welfare of the children of Nepal. In initially she has taught in AMAR ADARSHA ADHYAMIK VIDLAYA, (AAMV) Old Baneshwor, Kathmandu as Primary teacher & after couple of years she begun to teach in Lower Secondary Level. Her subjects are Pre-Vocational Education, English & Moral Science while during in AAMV.

During in AAMV she had got opportunity to learns about the concept of a good Teacher & Principles, Methods, Techniques and Skills of Dynamic Teaching and Unit Teaching from the Prof. Dr. Marni T. Ramji, M.A., M.ED., PH.D., Academic Adviser - Cum- Chief, India.

There are many appreciation certificate of honour awarded to her for giving long, loyal , and dedicated service rendered on education Sector of Nepal by Honourable Mr. Govinda Raj Joshi, Minister for Education Culture and Social Welfare in 1993 & Honourable Mr. Marich Man Singh, Education Minister in 1988.

Certificate of Appreciation by Nepal National Teachers Union, District Committee, Lalitpur, Nepal for 25 Years Teaching service in Education awarded in 2003.

In the year 1998, AAMV was closed for the certain periods, Mrs. Shrestha has began to stay at home for few months.

While she was in home, she thought about to open a school for the children, who wanted to study in a private school where they get good education, but due to their poor financial condition, their parents couldn't send them in those school. So, Mrs. Shrestha has established this school for the quality education with a very minimum fee as that of Government School in Nepal. This fee is collected only for the payment of salary for the teachers of the school.

The school is providing and targeting quality education as that of other private school for the children of such targeted parents who are farmers, parents from different Small scale industries; such as : Carpet Industry, Colour Dyeing etc... Daily wage workers' children, street vegetable sellers' children & many more…These parents have very minimum wages and earning, which is only enough for the house rent & for their foods. So, they can not afford to send their children in a private school for quality education. The Government school is providing low quality education compared to private schools according to the data of last few decades' history.

And, in this situation, FNBS school also aiming to fulfil above people's dream for their children and their future.
