Harassment and Discrimination Nobody should have to endure harassment and discrimination whilst at work. There can be no justification for attacking people simply because because of their race, religion, size, sexuality or any other preference or difference they might have. Too often it is simply a case of the higher ranks just exercising their authority maybe because they lack in any other worthwhile knowledge or necessary experience. Unfortunately it is not an issue debarred from any one rank and it is totally unacceptable from whichever area or grade it originates from.
