FAQ
  1. Guild Ideals and Principles
    1. Final Resurrection is a guild that follows the motto of "Friends Helping Friends." To put it simply, our goals in Everquest are to, "See cool shit, kill cool shit, get good shit." In the process of obtaining our goals, we're here to have a good time.
  2. Guild Decisions
    1. The Guild Leader(s) will have the final say in all matters.
    2. The Guild Leader(s) and officers are to work with one another so that reasonable decisions are made for the best interest of Final Resurrection. The officers are 2nd in command, they act as the Guild Leader when the Guild Leader is not available and they are to be listened to. Members who can not listen to officers will be removed without question.
  3. Loot
    1. Final Resurrection is a guild that works on a Awarding and Point System (DKP). Most everything will use the DKP System of loot, however, there will be times, specifically, the awarding of the first few ST Keys that will not use the DKP system but rather the system of awarding. Awarding will be done by the Guild Leader and officers. Favoritism is NOT what we are about and any awarding that is done will be done strictly on the basis of how much it will help the guild in progression.
    2. Loot that is bought by DKP or awarded that is droppable is GUILD property. There is to be no selling of loot obtained from the guild unless permission is received (which is rare). Anyone caught in selling items obtained from the guild via raid or hand-me-down from treasury will be guildremoved immediately. No questions asked. Should they seek re-membership, a 50% DKP penalty will be enforced on their current DKP.
    3. Potential members (PMs) will not be able to get loot unless specifically asked to loot something. PMs are here to try to get in the guild, not get better in the process. Loot whores will not be tolerated and should a bad example be shown by a PM about loot distribution, their application will be denied immediately.
    4. Guests will not get any loot unless specifically asked to loot a certain piece. You are our guest, we want you to have fun, however, the equipping of you is not the guild's matter. Guests who complain about loot distribution will be banned from all further Final Resurrection raids.
    5. Only 1 character is allowed to enter a "bidding" for an item. That means if a player has a 60 enchanter and 60 monk and Ancient Wyvern Hide Tunic drops, only one character will be allowed to bid. This is to prevent loot whoring by one player.
  4. Guild Fund/Vault
    1. When items are obtained by the guild that can not be used by anyone, it will be sold off if it is not "no drop." The money earned from this will be used for Reagents and other guild necessities. Guild Fund may also be used at times in the purchasing of epic pieces or armor. The use of the Guild Fund is strictly up to the Guild Treasurer and the GL/Officers.
  5. Guildremoval / De-Guilding
    1. DE-Guilding is not encouraged and not taken lightly. Sometimes "shit happens" and someone may choose to De-guild and then later regret it. We will encourage them to come back, however, a DKP deduction will be made. The DKP reduction will be anywhere from 5-20% of the players total amount of DKP. The loss of points is quite harsh, therefore Don't De-guild.
    2. Should an officer choose to guildremove someone, it will only be after the consent of all the officers or a majority of the officers. Once a person is guildremoved they may choose to re-apply for membership after a period of 1 month has gone by since the day of the guildremoval.
    3. Should a member De-guild and apply to another guild and are rejected, they will not be allowed back in, unless there are special circumstances (< 5% chance), in other words, don't count on getting back in.
  6. Potential Members (PMs) and Guests
    1. PMs and Guests are non-members, however, they are to be treated as members. They will receive no "special" treatment and should not expect loot unless asked to loot something. If a PM/Guest causes trouble, they will be banned from all other FR raids in the future and if they were a PM, their application will be denied.
  7. VIII. New Members
    1. New Members will be Probationary Members for a period of 2 weeks. This basically means, in those two weeks if ANY officer dislikes you they will be free to guildremove you. After the "Probationary Member" period is over, a new member will become a regular member and can not be removed unless a majority of consent is received by all officers.
  8. Grievances
    1. Learn to deal with one another in a civil manner. If a resolution can not be settled, bring the issue to an officer.
    2. We realize that not everyone will like everyone in the guild. However, regardless of this, you are to get along with one another as well as possible. We are mature adults or adolescences, don't act like an idiot or baby. If you can not get along with another member, perhaps Final Resurrection is not the guild for you. We surely hope it is, however, sometimes, guilds just are not suited for certain people.
  9. Twinks
    1. NO TWINKS will be allowed to be guilded into Final Resurrection. This is simply a security issue, and now withe the implementation of chat channels, there really is no need to have twinks guilded.
  10. Raiding
    1. Raid Attendance is mandatory, as a guild, we will accomplish nothing if people choose to raid when "they want to." Often, the raids we do will seem pointless, however, there are reasons behind everything. You may not seem to understand the reason, but there will be a reason for everything, since, we will not ever do something that is simply "pointless."
  11. Messageboards
    1. ALL Members are expected to be registed on the Final Resurrection Forums and to be able to post messages and such inside the internal forums. Once new members are guilded, post a message in the public general requesting access in the specific thread designated for "access requests."
